Exhibitor Information

There are a limited number of Exhibitor Booths available at this year’s conference. All exhibition booths are located on the second level of the conference area, co-located with the training classrooms. Should there be more potential exhibitors than available booths; a lottery will be held to randomly assign available booths. All exhibitor applications will be reviewed by the Department of Justice prior to being approved to participate.  Sponsorships will not be offered this year.

Booth Package

Each Booth Package consists of the following:
• 8’ high flame proof back wall drapery selected from our samples
• 3’ high side rail drapery
• One 6’ x 2’ x 30” high table skirted on three sides
• Two folding chairs
• One wastebasket
• One 7” x 44” identification sign with company name and booth number.

Each exhibitor is limited to (1) 8 ft. deep X 10 ft. wide booth space.

Cost

Estimated: $100.00.  Exact cost TBD.
Fee for Non-profit or Government Agencies may be waived. Requests will be considered on a case by case basis.

Exhibitor Registration

Anyone interested in exhibiting at this year's conference must complete the online registration form no later than July 25, 2008.
